It's Lieutenant Ramskov, one of the heroes from the deadly Chernobyl accident in 1986. The comatose survivor must have a bone marrow transplant due to his exposure to severe levels of radiation! The hospital doctor begins working on her Russian patient, when suddenly LT Ramskov wakes up and goes berserk! The orderlies have no chance of containing the radioactive Ramskov, but perhaps the Mighty Avengers do!
